Welcome to GitData! Here we provide some information about your GitData domain and email.


Domain

Every member is entitled to a personal domain, usually in the following form. It is a third-level domain.

[name chosen by the member].gd.edu.kg
However, the domain must be used in compliance with our community guidelines and terms of service. Any misuse or violation of the regulations may result in the suspension or termination of the member's domain.

Here are something (included but not limited to) you need to know when using your personal domain:

  • The domain must not be used for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • The domain must not be used to promote or sell any prohibited items or services.
  • Each member is allowed to have only one domain for personal use.
  • The member is responsible for all other costs except the DNS hosting.
  • The member is not allowed to sell or rent the personal domain names in any form.
  • The member is responsible for the content on their domain and must ensure that it does not violate any copyright or intellectual property laws.
  • The member must not use the domain to distribute spam or engage in any form of unsolicited communication.
  • The member must not use the domain to spread images, videos, or text that depict or encourage physical harm to individuals or groups.
  • The member must not use the domain to spread threats of violence, harassment, or intimidation.
  • The member must not use the domain to spread content that incites or encourages others to engage in violent behavior.
  • Pornography, including sexually explicit images or videos, is strictly prohibited on all personal domains.
  • To ensure the security and privacy of our members, connecting to any external mailbox services using their personal domains is strictly prohibited. The only valid email address for our community should end with @gd.edu.kg.
  • It is necessary to follow the Regulations for Services on Domain Registration in .KG zone.
  • All content must not display any radical political ideas or terrorism.
  • The member must comply with any additional regulations or guidelines that may be added in the future.

    Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate suspension or termination of the member's domain.


    Email

    Every member is entitled to a personal email address, usually in the following form.

    [first few letters of first name][last name]@gd.edu.kg
    However, the domain must be used in compliance with our community guidelines and terms of service. Any misuse or violation of the regulations may result in the suspension or termination of the member's email address.

  • The @gd.edu.kg email address is provided by GitData for communication purposes only.
  • Each member is assigned only one @gd.edu.kg email address.
  • Users of @gd.edu.kg email addresses are expected to use the email account in a responsible and professional manner.
  • The use of the .edu domain email regulations should be followed, including compliance with any applicable laws, regulations, or policies related to the use of such email addresses.
  • Users are prohibited from using the @gd.edu.kg email address to engage in any activity that is illegal or violates GitData's code of conduct or policies.
  • The @gd.edu.kg email address should not be shared with anyone else, and users should not use someone else's account without their permission.
  • Selling or transferring @gd.edu.kg email addresses to others is strictly prohibited.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their @gd.edu.kg email account and password.
  • Users should not use the @gd.edu.kg email address to send spam or unsolicited messages to others.
  • GitData reserves the right to monitor and review @gd.edu.kg email accounts to ensure compliance with its policies and applicable laws.
  • The member must comply with any additional regulations or guidelines that may be added in the future.
